Bookings are taken all year round, non-smokers only. Saturday to Saturday lets only.

One well behaved dog is welcome at an additional cost of £15.00 per week. The payment of this charge does not absolve you the pet owner from the responsibility of removing all pet hairs from the interior of the cottage on vacation and all pet mess from the garden. Pets must not be left unaccompanied in the cottage and they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs.

The cottage is available from 4pm on the afternoon of your stay, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.

£25 deposit per week is required against damage and breakages. The rates quoted are inclusive of bed linen and kitchen towels – you will need to bring personal towels.

Cleaning materials are provided, and we would be grateful if you would leave the cottage clean and tidy.

£50 (non refundable deposit) per week will be payable on booking, with the balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks before your holiday. The £25 breakage deposit is paid along with the balance, and will be returned if the cottage is left clean and undamaged.

Please note that the cottage sleeps a maximum of five. It is let on the understanding that this number is not exceeded, that it is left clean and tidy (or the appropriate charge will be levied), and that it is not sub-let.
